**Job Description Summary** Health Care Provider for the Transplant Nephrology and Transplant ICCE. Uses advanced clinical management, consultation, education and research to promote quality care for the specific transplant patient populations. Develops and implements clinical pathway guidelines and evaluates outcomes. Advances clinical knowledge through research-based practice. Coordinates staff development and assists in orientation. An ability to establish cooperative working relationships with diverse groups and individuals, medical staff and other health care disciplines and understanding of the consultative process. The ideal applicant will have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with a wide range of groups and individuals, possess highly developed analytical skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills, and must have emotional/mental ability to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure during stressful or emergency situations in the inpatient setting.
