Must Have
Master’s or doctoral degree, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Current State License as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Current and valid driver’s license, Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance, Ability to assess and respond to patient needs, Ability to cope with family emotional stress, Tolerance of individual lifestyles, Ability to handle multiple priorities, Ability to handle documentation requirements, Ability to handle deadlines
Nice to Have
Post-acute experience preferred, Nurse Practitioner experience preferred, Physician Assistant experience preferred, Adult certification preferred, Family certification preferred, Gerontology certification preferred, Experience with geriatric patients preferred
