Master’s degree from accredited FNP program, Active, unrestricted state APRN license, Master of Science in PA/Associate Studies, Active, unrestricted state PA license, One year of NP experience, Active, unrestricted FNP license, Order/administer vaccines and injections, DOT certification exam within 30 days, Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Pass a respirator FIT test, Physical presence at assigned clinic required, Prior PA experience, Active BLS certification

New graduates may be considered, Bilingual proficiency may be required, Qualified new graduates considered, Eligibility to obtain PA license upon hire, Experience with EPIC electronic health record, Prior MinuteClinic precepting rotation, Experience conducting patient assessments, Experience exercising clinical decision-making, Familiarity with digital health tools, Familiarity with virtual communication technologies
