We're a Series B company backed by leading investors including Northzone, Sofina, and FJ Labs, and notable angels including the founders of Revolut, Spring Health and Grow Therapy. ### The Role Berry Street has expanded into GLP-1 prescribing and is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners with full, independent practice authority to join our growing prescriber network. You will provide telehealth clinical evaluations, prescribe and titrate GLP-1 medications for weight management patients, and collaborate with our RD team — all fully remote, on a schedule you control. This role operates exclusively in states that grant NPs full independent practice and prescriptive authority without a collaborative practice agreement or physician supervision. Candidates must hold independent prescriptive authority in every state where they are licensed and intend to see Berry Street patients. ### What You'll Do * Conduct synchronous telehealth evaluations for new GLP-1 patients, assessing eligibility, comorbidities, contraindications, and treatment goals per Berry Street's clinical protocol * Prescribe and titrate FDA-approved GLP-1 medications (Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro, etc.) under your
