Must Have
Active medical license in West Virginia (FNP, CRNP, PA, PMHNP, etc. )
Nice to Have
One year of experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting, direct clinical training and work in the areas of substance use disorder treatment
What You'll Do.
Completing history and physicals
monitoring blood levels
Provides support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed
Coordination with the primary care physician when appropriate
Working with the nursing staff to make sure the medications are cost effective for the client after discharge
completing prior authorization requests for medications
Responsibility to coordinate and complete the peer review process
Coordination with the psychiatrist for medication and treatment of the client
