What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree from accredited NP program, Active, unrestricted NP license, DEA registration, State-controlled substance license, NPI number, BLS certification, ACLS certification, PALS certification, IV access skills, Experience with biologic and specialty medication protocols, Experience coordinating patient care, Experience managing inventory, Experience maintaining regulatory compliance in outpatient infusion, Proficiency with EMR documentation, Proficiency with clinical workflow optimization
Nice to Have
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification, 3+ years managing patients on specialty infusion therapies, 5+ years infusion therapy experience in AIS/AIC setting
What You'll Do.
Develop individualized infusion treatment plans
Implement individualized infusion treatment plans
Oversee individualized infusion treatment plans
Adjust care as patient needs evolve
Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Prescribe medications
Manage infusion therapies
Provide direct patient care
