This individual will work 100% remotely and will be part of a collaborative team consisting of Physicians, Nurses, and support staff. Together, they will deliver exceptional care to our LifeMD patients. **Responsibilities** * Deliver comprehensive clinical care through both text-based (asynchronous) and video-based (synchronous) consultations, ensuring the wellbeing of the patients * Empower patients with knowledge by educating them on suitable treatments and personalized care plans for their specific health needs * Oversee patient follow-ups for ongoing care programs, ensuring continuity and effectiveness of treatment * Prescribe medication and provide timely refills as needed, ensuring patients have access to appropriate medications * Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record
