Experience in Value-Based Care, Experience in Population Health, Medicare Advantage documentation experience, Health Risk Assessments experience, 5+ years' experience as Family NP, 5+ years' experience as Primary Care NP, 5+ years' experience in Internal Medicine, 5+ years' experience in Cardiology, 5+ years' experience in Nephrology, 5+ years' experience in Endocrinology, Experience managing population health, Prior experience with Cerner or similar EHR systems
