Must Have
Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license, DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority, Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification, diagnostic and procedural skills, compassionate approach to patient care, commitment to innovation, excellence in women’s health, communication skills, ability to collaborate and work with physicians, nursing staff, medical assistants and front office staff
Nice to Have
Experience caring for post-operative or surgical patients, Experience in urogynecology, women's health experience, OB/GYN experience, surgical specialty experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders
Refer diagnosed urogynecologic surgical procedures
Develop and implement treatment plans
Educate patients about their conditions
Collaborate with other healthcare providers
Stay updated on advancements in urogynecology
Maintain accurate patient records
Participate in practice call coverage
Order radiologic imaging or labs
Document all patient interactions accurately
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Participate in clinical education
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
