Must Have

Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program (BSN) required, Active Massachusetts RN license, Minimum of three years clinical experience, Minimum of two years clinical experience relevant to the unit patient population required, Analytical and organizational skills to supervise staff and develop, implement, and evaluate policies and standards, Interpersonal and leadership skills to mentor, train, and collaborate effectively in a team environment, Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills in English, Basic computer proficiency to access, enter, and interpret electronic information

Nice to Have

Certification in related specialty areas may also be required

What You'll Do.

Day-to-day leadership and coordination of nursing operations

and compliant delivery of patient care

Integrating clinical practice oversight with operational management

Overseeing clinical activities

and patient-centered outcomes

Managing unit-level operations

Addressing clinical and operational issues

Ensuring nursing services are aligned with hospital priorities

Providing unit-level leadership and operational oversight

Supervising and managing assigned clinical and non-clinical staff

Coordinating staffing and scheduling activities

Overseeing clinical practice and care coordination

and escalating operational

and patient care issues

and performance improvement initiatives

Promoting and sustaining staff competency and unit readiness

Serving as a clinical and operational resource within the unit

Providing direct patient care as required
