What you’ll be doing: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, flex with shift coverage The Nurse Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit under the general direction of the Director of Nursing. Essential duties and responsibilities: Directly supervises nurses and unit coordinators, and indirectly supervises behavioral health counselors. Conducts annual performance reviews on specified group of staff. Handles personnel and performance issues within the unit staff.
