What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 or more years of manufacturing experience in metal fabrication and machining, 4 or more years of experience in Numerical Control (NC) Programming
Nice to Have
4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis tools (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA etc)
