Operate radiographic equipment

Administer diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals

Administer therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals

Perform quality control

Ensure radiation protection

Supervise daily operations

Coordinate scheduling

Coordinate patient flow

Perform diagnostic imaging studies

Assist with physician training

Assist in developing new protocols

Assist in developing new imaging techniques

Participate in research initiatives

Develop research protocols

Act in team leader capacity

Monitor charging of procedures

Monitor charging of supplies

Demonstrate Nuclear Medicine equipment

Provide in-service classes

Examine order for scan

Identify procedures requested

Identify patient's condition

Ensure orders are appropriate
