What You'll Achieve.
Maintain full accreditation for CEC; Ensure CEC compliance with accredited programs; Improve worker knowledge and skills; Improve plant performance

Callouts may be required, Working rotating schedules may be required, Outage schedules may be required, Respond to assigned ERO facilities within RERP response time
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, Two (2) or more years of relevant professional or journey level experience, experience in engineering, experience working in the area of instructional focus, experience as a technical instructor, Establish and maintain permanent residence within sixty highway miles of the Callaway Energy Center, Security screening required for Callaway Energy Center access
Nice to Have
Previous training instructor experience in a National Academy for Nuclear Training accredited program, Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, Basic understanding of Computer Based Training, Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems

Develop training programs
Administer training programs
Maintain training programs
Maximize student learning
Provide quality training
Support SAT implementation
Monitor Condition Reports
Ensure documentation of training
Participate in training programs
Participate in in-plant activities
Provide refueling outage support
Assume Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duties
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate training course presentations with appropriate department personnel; Support subject matter experts and vendors; Provide peer reviews and feedback
