We have an opening for a Nuclear Facility Operations Manager to support the Superblock (SBK) nuclear facilities. You will be responsible for managing the activities, personnel, and operational processes necessary to maintain SBK facilities in a safe, compliant, and reliable configuration while supporting programmatic operations. You will lead approximately 15 staff members, including facility supervisors, facility operators, facility points of contact (FPOCs), facility coordinators, and support staff. This position is within the Superblock Program in the Strategic Deterrence Directorate. This position requires full-time on-site presence due to the nature of the work. This position will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level. In this role you will * Provide advanced technical leadership, direction, training, and supervision for SBK facility operations personnel. * Manage the safe and reliable operation of facility systems in accordance with the applicable nuclear facility Documented Safety Analyses (DSAs), Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs), Conduct of Operations requirements, and other governing environmental, safety, and health requirements. * Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure operational readiness, system availability, and compliance with a
