What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience is required., Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution., Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)., The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance is required., U. S. citizenship is required, as only U. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Nice to Have
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form., analytical and problem solving skills., Ability to meet critical deadlines and work in team environment to provide solution and continuous process improvement., Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking., Advance Excel skills including Power Query knowledge.
What You'll Do.
cost and schedule analysis
development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews
monthly operating reviews
financial overviews and other reporting activities
financial analysis/reporting
maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Contribute to the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs)
Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner with the program leadership team; interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution; Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads; work in team environment to provide solution and continuous process improvement; Cross-functional influence within a matrixed organization
