Travel Required, Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training, Physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers., Includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.

Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing, Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with analytical, written and verbal communication skills, Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively, Able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems, Able to meet the selection criteria for Raising Cane’s Restaurant Leader role, Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training, 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people, P&L and financial management, Must be 18 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent required, Possess a valid driver’s license

New restaurant opening experience preferred, some college preferred
What You'll Do.
Leading NRO strategy and overseeing daily restaurant operations
Enforcing Raising Cane’s policies and standards
Leading daily restaurant operations
Developing the growth team and ensuring all performance standards are met
training and performance management
Utilizing reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant
Auditing all facets of operations and delivering feedback to support strategy development and execution with financial
people and operations management
Executing shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards
Performing restaurant performance standards observation walks and using tools to document results and take corrective action when needed
Providing strategic direction for each new restaurant opening (NRO)
Leading the NRO process and training the Restaurant Leader while deployed
Working in collaboration with the Restaurant Leader to meet all performance milestones before and after opening
Oversight of the training team’s performance
Supporting all operations and people development

Full Job Description
While the base salary starts from $65,000 to $88,000, this position is also eligible for our Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program. The base salary plus potential monthly incentives could result in Total Target Cash ranging from $110,046 to $133,046. * Base salary is based on location, experience, and qualifications…etc. * The Total Target Cash amount shown above is inclusive of the estimated incentive amounts earned under our Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, should your home Restaurant meet our profitability expectations, and you meet all eligibility criteria. * Incentive amounts may vary and will depend on actual Restaurant performance, profitability, and eligibility criteria.
