Drive Operations Requirements
Represent Operations in executive reporting
Address manufacturing operations concerns
Address enterprise system concerns
Maintain schedules for ramp
Ensure smooth transition to HVM
Oversee sample processes
Ensure sample delivery meets specifications
Ensure sample delivery meets customer expectations
Ensure sample delivery meets OTD metrics
Ensure product BOM complies with DfSC
Ensure product BOM complies with BRR guidelines
Facilitate BOM Risk Review
Assess sourcing strategies
Provide Operations Risk Assessments
Enable enterprise manage priorities
Remove roadblocks tied to supply demand balance
Provide weekly status reports
Identify operations-related risks
Mitigate operations-related issues
