Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field, 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience, Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle, Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Nice to Have
Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process, Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products, Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing, Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time, Knowledge of emerging manufacturing technologies

Own manufacturing roadmap and define vision
Contribute to OP1/OP2 narratives articulating RMTO's value proposition
Make build vs. outsource decisions using portfolio optimization
Define KPIs and success criteria for manufacturing readiness
Distill manufacturing requirements from RDPI hardware engineering teams
Conduct technical feasibility assessments against current and planned
Author manufacturing proposals with timelines
Develop scalable intake measure and improve effectiveness
Understand manufacturing systems (CNC machining
Identify capability gaps and build business cases for
Proactively mitigate technical risks and architectural constraints
Escalate to Senior/Principal Engineers when influence teams to
Serve as primary intake/insourcing interface across RMTO leadership
