Together, we can build the future of data storage. ＜採用ポジション＞ 新製品導入(NPI)プロジェクトマネージャー (POM Project Manager) ＜職務内容＞ ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の新製品の開発・量産立ち上げを担うNew Product Introduction (NPI)部門において、開発製品を計画通りに市場へ投入するために、US本社、製品開発部門、海外量産工場など多岐にわたるチームと連携の上、開発のスケジュール管理、開発試作計画の立案・実行までの広範囲の領域を担当いただきます。新製品開発立上げプロジェクトまたはプロジェクトマネージメント経験を有し、リーダーシップ、マネージメントスキルを発揮しチームワークを重視し、困難を乗り越えて業務を遂行してきた経験が活かせる業務です。 Responsible for leading the successful Development of new products from Staging through mass production. This role acts as the central across PMO, Development Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, Quality, and Factory to ensure the New products Schedule to deliver time to market, and meet the required cost, quality and performance levels.
