Full Job Description
We're looking for a supply chain professional for the Asia NPI PCB Project Manager/Buyer position, a critical role to the success of product launch. This role will run NPI PCB forecasting, planning, and procurement to meet tight project roadmap in a very fast paced environment. Hence we expect the candidate possesses plural skills - 40% procurement, 30% program management, and 30% planning. **What you 'll be doing:** * Review project timelines, handle risk buys efficiently with just-in-time methodology. * Analyze mid/low priority recurring demands, plan and distribute production wisely to mitigate capacity impact to other high priority projects. * Forecast next generation high priority demands based on historical data, reserve materials and capacity at suppliers beforehand. * Connect with internal teams and external suppliers, ensure PCB to arrive contract manufacturer production sites ahead of planned build start date. * Negotiate best available cost friendly PCB fabrication leadtime with suppliers. * Occasionally, track and update full-path PCB ordering status (from order placement to goods receiving) to requesters. * Keep accurate and clean ordering records to support tracking and reporting. * Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives towards efficiency and/or scalability. **What we need to see:** * Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of experience as Buyer, Planner, Project Manager, Materials Manager, or equivalent responsibilities. * Experience working with suppliers both local and offshore. * Capable of coordinating and prioritizing tasks under high pressure with minimum supervision. * Proficient in analyzing trends (say price, or volume, or expense) with Excel, familiar with SAP PRD and PDP/Windchill. * Ability to visualize and demonstrate above mentioned data to management with PowerPoint. * Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both verbal and written. **Ways to stand out from the crowd:** * Experience in high‑perf
