Full Job Description

As a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for New Product Introduction (NPI), you will lead a team of engineers responsible for launching new products from concept through PPAP and safe launch containment. You will provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and cross-functional leadership to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Your role is critical in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. _*** This role will work onsite, 5 days a week in Anoka, MN. ***_ **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE:** * Lead and mentor NPI Manufacturing Engineers focused on new product launches, ensuring alignment with program timelines, quality standards, and cost targets. * Oversee the execution of NPI processes, including FMEAs, Control Plans, Capability Studies, and PPAP submissions. * Drive the application of lessons learned and risk mitigation strategies across all new programs, leveraging engineering judgment and historical data. * Collaborate with Design Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless product transitions from development to production. * Facilitate and lead gate reviews, ensuring cross-functional readiness and launch excellence. * Champion continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in manufacturing processes, tooling, and automation. * Ensure compliance with internal and external standards including ISO-9001, and customer-specific requirements. * Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and post-launch containment activities to maintain product integrity and performance. ## **YOU HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical degree required. * Ideal
