Make the choice to join us now! **What you 'll be doing:** * Own end-to-end execution of NPI (New Product Introduction) manufacturing plans to meet customer demand and delivery commitments * Issue and manage production work orders with OSAT suppliers (hands-on SAP) * Closely monitor and drive supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery * Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Logistics, R&D, and Engineering teams * Support and execute New Product Introduction (NPI) processes locally **What we need to see:** * 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain execution, or operations management * Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., Bumping, CP, Assembly, Final Test, BEFIN, Shipment) * Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP – strong advantage); Strong planning and execution skills * Experience working with OSAT vendors; Familiarity with B2B processes and supply chain workflows * Fluent English (written and verbal) * Independent, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and urgency * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience **Ways to stand out from the crowd:** * Background in Industrial Engineering with strong analytical capabilities * Proven experience in semiconductor industry operations * Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational excellence * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams and experience working acros
