Must Have
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain execution, or operations management, understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes (e. g. , Bumping, CP, Assembly, Final Test, BEFIN, Shipment), Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP – advantage); planning and execution skills, Experience working with OSAT, Familiarity with B2B processes and supply chain workflows, Fluent English (written and verbal), Independent, proactive, and highly organized with a sense of ownership and urgency, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
