Must Have

Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, 5+ years leading industrialization of electrical and mechanical products, Demonstrated track record of driving manufacturing documentation creation including assembly drawings and ingestion into Product Lifecycle Manager

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or equivalent, Experience performing complex business case analysis to justify technical decisions and presenting the justification to management in a high-level review, Experience with the project management of technical projects, Experience driving supply chain improvement projects, Working knowledge of various ERP systems to provide guidance to contract manufacturers, Knowledge of typical data center designs and architectures
