You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. ### Your Role As a Norwegian Speaking Support Specialist, you will manage customer communications across various channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Your language skills and customer-oriented approach will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian through phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues efficiently. * Stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support team. **Requirements** * Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus. * Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer service software. * Positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork orientation. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation assistance. **Benefits** 1.
