Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about health technology and customer service to support Norwegian-speaking customers with their Fitbit products. You will play a vital role in helping customers enjoy and maximize their use of Fitbit devices. ### Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality customer support to Norwegian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products. * Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, synchronization, and product inquiries. * Offer guidance on app features, health tracking, and fitness goals to enhance user experience. * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. * Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. * Stay updated on Fitbit's latest features and health technology trends to provide informed assistance. **Requirements** * Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage. * Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in technology or health-related products. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide customers through technical challenges. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service. * Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. * Ability to work effectively in an office environment in Sofia and manage multiple tasks efficiently. * A genuine interest in health, fitness, and technology is important for success in this role. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Monthly Performance Bonus * 1500 Euro Signing Bonus * Fully Paid Relocation Package * Fully Paid Training * Private Gym * And Much More....
