Must Have
10 + years of experience in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry, significant exposure to North Asia markets (China, Korea, and Japan), Expertise in both commercial and technical/marketing functions, Experience leading cross-functional or multi-country teams, Doctoral or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field, Strong proficiency in English
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Pharma
and Nutrition product lines across Great China
Drive sales and profitability targets for the North Asia zone
Identify new business opportunities
key customer accounts
and market trends within North Asia
and performance management to the North Asia sales team
Business development for 3 different business lines in the North Asia region and lead the relevant marketing activities
