We are looking for a Nordic Looker Practice Lead to own our Looker capability, drive regional growth, and cement our position as the go-to partner for Google Cloud data solutions. Reporting directly to ourHead of Data , you will own the Looker strategy across the Nordic region. It is a hybrid role that combines technical mastery, strategic leadership, and alliance management. We got you: Check out our [success stories](https://www.devoteam.com/success-story/) What you will do * Grow the practice: Lead and scale our Looker engagements across the Nordics, spot new business opportunities, and advise clients on modern analytics. * Own delivery quality: Act as the guardian of technical excellence — set the standard for LookML development, review the team's work, and ensure our deliverables exceed client expectations. * Strengthen the Google alliance: Build deep, trust-based relationships with Google's local and regional teams, positioning Devoteam as the preferred partner for selling, architecting, and delivering on Looker. * Mentor and lead: Develop and upskill our data team, fostering a culture of continuous learning around the modern data stack. * Partner with sales: Connect market trends with new Looker features and capabilities — including conversational analytics — to shape what we take to clients.
