What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–7 years building community, ecosystem, or founder programs at a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, AI, or developer-tools company, Track record of concepts run end-to-end and outcomes defended with numbers, Builder and founder fluency, Real conviction in AI as a foundational shift, Zero-to-one builder capability, Comfortable teaching and speaking publicly, Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language

Swedish is a plus

Design and run Nordic-specific community concepts
Build relationships with accelerators
Run community activations across Sweden
Ensure the right people try Lovable at the right moments
Form and own Lovable's VC and founder ecosystem motion across the Nordics
Build relationships with Nordic VCs
Decide and execute on initiatives with VCs
and incubators (co-hosted events
structured onboarding
Design and ship Nordic community concepts with clear ROI
Be present at key Nordic events (flagship events
