We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to support hiring requirements across our manufacturing Business and Non IT Roles. Role Overview The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, production, maintenance, plant administration, and other non-technical business functions. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and non-IT roles. * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking. * Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders. * Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. * Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring manufacturing roles. * Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. * Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts. * Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. * Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Desired Candidate Profile * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. * Prior experience hiring for manufacturing, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, procurement, plant HR, and related functions. * Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies. * Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourci
