**At ING we are looking for a Non-Financial Risk Specialist** **Your role and work environment:** We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Non-Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non-Financial Risk Team of ING Spain. In the role of NFR Specialist, you will hierarchically report to the Head of NFR. ING is restructuring its processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform itself into a Digital Bank with the goal of end-to-end “straight through processing”. Non-Financial Risk Management uses sound principles of risk management to ensure that everything related to operational risk is within the risk appetite of the Bank, maintaining the control environment at an acceptable level following a risk-based approach (proportionate to its value and criticality). The NFR team performs oversight over the global NFR policies and best practice implementation within ING Spain and provides advice and challenge the risk/control owners on effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. The team is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the ING Spain adherence to the NFR risk appetite and produces quarterly Non – financial risk dashboard (NFRD) report. The NFR team focuses on: * Control Risk * Processing Risk * Unauthorized Activities * Employment Practices * Personal and Physical Security * Information Technology Risks * Continuity and Operational Resilience Risk * Internal and External Fraud **Your key responsibilities:** As NFR Specialist, your role is to: * Be a trusted NFR advisor towards IT and Business management. * Support, challenge and monitor NFR risk management processes and quality. * Participate in and challenge risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs. * Support the Business and IT management on issue identification, risk rating assessment, action definition and follow up until issue solving. * Contribute to the development, maintenance and roll out the NFR Frameworks, Policies, Minimum Standards and Procedures. * Perform Quality Assu
