What You'll Do.
collecting and loading waste
transporting waste by a side load truck to a landfill and /or transfer station
service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher
Perform Daily Pre-trip and Post-Trip DOT inspections on vehicles
loading and unloading
Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift/load refuse and dispose of trash at designated facilities
Courteous interaction with our customers
perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Assist with CDL and Non-CDL routes as needed
including Container delivery and Portable Toilets

**Cascade Disposal,** a Waste Connections Company is looking to hire a**Non-CDL Driver Trainee in Bend, OR.** . **Starting Pay : $27 -$29/ hr DOE.** . **Monday - Friday, 5:30am Start time until the route is complete.** Generally 8-11hrs. Occasional Saturdays. . ****Candidate must hold either a Class B or Class A CDL Permit prior to hire in order to be considered. ***** . In this position, you will be responsible for collecting and loading waste, as well as transporting this waste by a side load truck to a landfill and /or transfer station.
