What You'll Do.
Safely operate company delivery vehicles (non-CDL) to transport and deliver beverage products to retail and commercial customers
Load and unload product at warehouse and customer locations using proper lifting techniques and equipment (e. g.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Verify orders against invoices
obtain customer signatures
and handle basic payment collection when required
Provide excellent customer service
maintaining professional communication with customers and resolving minor delivery issues on-site
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs or safety concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies
DOT regulations (where applicable)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and delivery documentation
