Our teams work closely with global stakeholders, contributing to large-scale initiatives that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support business growth across international markets. **Required Skills: ** * 3–5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment * Strong technical expertise in network troubleshooting across IP and/or transmission platforms * Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, xWDM technologies * CCNP Enterprise level knowledge (for IP-focused roles) or equivalent practical experience * Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, incident handling, and fault management * Experience working with Linux/Windows environments * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external providers * Experience in documenting incidents and maintaining clear technical reporting **Nice-to-haves skills:** * Experience with scripting (Python or Bash) * Telecom industry background (TELCO) * Experience configuring or improving NOC monitoring tools * Experience working in an international environ
