What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Network Engineering (Cisco/Arista) - 2+ years, AWS Cloud Networking - 1+ years, Corvil or other Packet Capture Analysis - 1+ years, UNIX Shell - 1+ Years, Claude Code Agent base Automation - 1+ Years, Grafana - 1+ Years, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Mandarin Chinese fluency, Korean fluency, Japanese fluency, Familiarity with US equities, options, and/or futures markets, Experience building or operating agent-based automation

Provide expert technical support
Manage inbound support tickets

Monitor service availability
Drive rapid incident response
Diagnose and resolve network issues
Develop cloud infrastructure familiarity
Lead technical investigations
and maintain automations
Develop cloud-native services familiarity
Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards
Extend and finetune monitoring stack
Build tooling for root cause analysis
Respond to multicast gap claims
Perform packet captures
