What You'll Do.
Take ownership of the printing process to ensure quality and performance consistently hit our established standards.
Drive an efficient workflow to meet the production schedule
ensuring our customers receive their products without delay.
Identify and resolve production challenges
whether they stem from mechanical issues
Ensure all products meet strict company and customer specifications
proactively communicating with the team if standards are not being met.
Execute thorough pre- and post-run checks and manage the administration and reporting required for every shift.
Keep the Pressroom Manager and Supervisors informed on output and performance.
