Interact with visitors and tenants
Deliver customer focused service
Carry out regular patrols
Assist visitors proactively
Safeguard site safety
Manage incidents per policies
Liaise with site control room
Report unsecure areas
Record non-conformances and emergencies
Deal with emergencies efficiently
Monitor and surveil suspect individuals
Report incidents per policies
Manage unauthorised access
Adhere to radio procedures
Record events in notebook
Respond to security issues
Complete training requirements
Cover additional shifts
