What You'll Do.
Set department standards
Supervise Night Stock employees
Ensure trucks are unloaded
Ensure merchandise is stocked
Maintain positive atmosphere
Generate friendly atmosphere
Provide customer service
Answer telephone promptly
Supervise night stock
Hold consultations with employees
Supervise and direct assistant managers
Coordinate CARS set up
Check in vendor deliveries
Supervise drop shipment
Supervise direct store deliveries
Write schedule for night stock
Monitor time-off requests
Monitor vacation requests
Monitor sick call-ins
Review overtime hours
Troubleshoot store equipment repair
Maintain adherence to guidelines
Adhere to company policies
Report to work on time
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate work with assistant managers; Assign duties to part time employees; Supervises night stock assigns work duties and holds consultations with employees; Supervises and directs assistant managers, departments, and custodian crews; Meets with crew members weekly or as needed
