Industry & Context.
Must be able to regularly work 12-hour shifts (6 PM–6 AM), Frequent walking/standing on concrete floors (up to 2 miles per shift), Lifting 5–50 lbs as needed, Exposure to loud noise, heat (95–110°F), or cold based on weather, Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes, This role is designated as safety-sensitive under Oklahoma law, May be called in for emergencies outside scheduled hours, Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma required, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience required
Nice to Have
Prior leadership or management training preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee all Production team members on your shift
and high-quality operations
Lead and manage Production employees on the night shift
provide coaching and constructive feedback
Support onboarding and training for new team members
and overall productivity
Assist with identifying and investigating product defects
Support internal auditing
customer/supplier issues
and improvement initiatives

Communicate with other Shift Business Managers to ensure smooth shift transitions; work with project teams
