T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire a Night Shift HR Generalist. Night shift teams deserve the same HR support as everyone else — and that's exactly what this role is about. As our Night Shift HR Generalist, you'll be the primary HR resource for our overnight operation, handling everything from employee relations and policy guidance to investigations and workforce support. You'll be a trusted partner for both front-line employees and supervisors when it matters most. What You’ll Do • Serve as the go-to HR resource for all night shift employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. • Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and documentation — escalating when appropriate. • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, or workplace incidents, and document findings thoroughly. • Support attendance management by tracking patterns, issuing corrective actions, and partnering with supervisors on next steps. • Assist with recruiting and staffing needs specific to the night shift, including interviews, offers, and coordination with the Onboarding Supervisor. • Facilitate communication between night shift leadership and daytime HR staff to ensure seamless handoffs. • Assist employees with benefits questions, leave of absence requests (FMLA, personal leaves), and other HR-rela
