What You'll Do.
Provide alert and vigilant Front of House presence
Serve guests calmly and discreetly
Familiarize with overnight guest count
Take detailed handover from staff
Communicate handover to next shift
Advise of guest requirements
Report issues and guest feedback
Answer internal and external calls
Welcome guests arriving late
Fulfil Room Service orders
Familiarize with night menu
Carry out internal patrols
Ensure doors and windows are fastened
Note maintenance requirements
Identify protocol improvements
Familiarize with fire alarm panels
Read fire alarm displays
Locate detector heads
Silence/reset fire alarms
Ensure guest areas are clear
Carry out cleaning duties
Extinguish open fires
Relay fires for morning
Ensure lights are off
Ensure windows are closed
