What You'll Do.
Take and coordinate in-room dining orders
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Maintain knowledge of the menu and beverages
Offer recommendations to guests
Anticipate guest needs
Respond promptly to requests
Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Accurately process orders and payments
Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms
Ensure presentation and service standards
Maintain cleanliness of service areas
Support minibar refresh
