We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable Night Care Professionals to join our care team at Home Instead Edgbaston Birmingham, United Kingdom. In this essential role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients during overnight hours, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals while working as part of a dedicated healthcare team. * Provide direct personal care and support to clients during night shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living * Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the day care team and management * Maintain accurate and detailed care documentation and records in accordance with organizational protocols * Respond promptly and compassionately to client requests and emergencies * Ensure clients' safety and security throughout the night, conducting regular welfare checks * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients * Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs and any incidents * Follow all health and safety procedures, safeguarding policies, and duty of care requirements * Work independently while maintaining professional standards and best practices * Support clients with medication administration as per organizational guidelines and training * Identify and report any safeguarding concerns or potential risks immediately ## Qualifications * Proven experience in care work, healthcare, or a related support role * Strong empathy
