As Technical Director for NFC Mobile Wallet, you will own the end-to-end technical strategy, system architecture, and execution of NFC-based mobile wallet solutions covering secure payments, access, transit, and value-added services. You will act as the technical authority bridging chipset capabilities, secure elements, software platforms, ecosystems, and customer requirements, while leading interdisciplinary global teams. **Key Responsibilities** \- Own and drive the technical vision and system architecture across RF, HW, FW, OS, middleware, and applications \- Define product and system requirements based on customer and stakeholder input \- Lead NFC controller, Secure Element, OS, and wallet framework architecture definition \- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC, EMVCo, GlobalPlatform, and NFC Forum specifications \- Lead and mentor global interdisciplinary teams \- Ensure quality, security, and interoperability \- Support roadmap definition, risk management, and change control **Required Skills & Experience** \- Strong system-level background in NFC and contactless technologies \- Deep understanding of mobile wallet and payment ecosystems \- Proven technical leadership experience \- Experience with Secure Elements, cryptography, and embedded systems \- Solid understanding of NFC RF principles (13.56 MHz) \- Fluent English Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
