What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Recently graduated or in the last year of master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Innovation, Engineering, or a related field, Fluency in English and Spanish, Experience working with generative AI tools (e. g. GPT-based models, agents, orchestration tools) and applying them for productivity, automation, or content generation, Understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, limitations, and responsible AI or governance principles, Analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, Ability to work independently and reliably, Communication and documentation skills, Ability to collaborate effectively across countries and time zones
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, specific ML framework experience, cloud platform certs
