5 years of experience in assembly and test, Minimum of 2 technologies experience, Demonstrated ability to understand instructions, Demonstrated ability to perform calculations

What You'll Do.
Conduct environmental tests
Conduct functional tests
Establish performance test setups
Provide support for A&T process
Diagnose common test failures
Perform rework to correct discrepancies
Define corrective rework
Improve product quality
Improve producibility
Initiate safety efforts
Interface with cross-functional teams
Provide recommendations
Support production needs
Work from assembly drawings
Work from manufacturing outlines
Work from operations worksheets
Work from parts lists
Create work instructions
Assemble special test setups
Document drawing nonconformances
Document test nonconformances
Work with engineering for RCCA
Work with OPM for RCCA
Review build schedules
Develop time standards
Assist on production hardware
