What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University or College Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or STEM. 7+ years experience supporting construction, manufacturing, or engineering design/services projects. 3+ years experience leading individuals and teams.
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. New Build engineering and construction project experience. Experience on international projects. Experience managing Primavera P6 project schedules. Experience in Joint Venture, consortium, or Integrated Project Delivery models.

### **Job Description** ## **Overview** The Project Operations Lead will report to the New Nuclear Development (Incubator) Project Manager (PM2) and be responsible for supporting proposal development and execution of various project initiatives that are critical to successful deployment of new nuclear builds. This role will require leadership of project team members such as engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, commercial and internal/external stakeholders including our client and other partner organizations. The Project Operations Lead is expected to have sound experience in project management and understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and project controls principles. The Project Operations Lead is responsible for project reporting, implementation and oversight of project governance and procedures, development of work breakdown structures (WBS), estimates, schedule, contract development, risk management, change management, procurement management, subcontract management, cost/revenue forecasting and people forecasting levelling (PFL) for the project. ## **Your role** _Leadership & Strategic Alignment: _ * The Project Operations Lead will provide day‑to‑day leadership to the project organization by exemplifying AtkinsRéalis core values and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual requirements. * Working closely with the New Nuclear Development (Incubator) PM, the Project Operations Lead shall support execution of projects to achieve strategic objectives of the organization.
