What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Quota carrying Software or Technology sales and Account Management experience selling to Commercial organisations across the EMEA region, with preference for the Turkish market., Demonstrable track record of success, achieving/exceeding quota in recent sales positions., A minimum of 5 years selling into Commercial accounts., Must be proficient in both oral and written communication skills., Ability to sell both an application and deployment of a platform., Ability to sell with Resellers., Excellent at Managing C-level and LOB relationships., Fluency in English and Turkish.
Nice to Have
Preference for the Turkish market., Preference given towards recent and successful experience in the software industry (Cloud experience would be a plus)., Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships, Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed., Effectively optimizes internal and external networks., Collaborates cross functionally internally to actualize deal strategy, Ability to close sophisticated deals.
What You'll Do.
Manage Commercial Accounts in Turkey.
Grow both a defined number of existing Commercial accounts.
Build new revenue streams through targeted new logo aspirations.
Lead and take responsibility for the overall Account Management.
Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics
with a emphasis on new business sales
while expanding existing accounts.
Engage with prospect organisations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling
business case definition
references and analyst data.
Strategically navigate organization.
Drive significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers
Professional Services
Partners etc. to drive account strategy.
Create and drive strategic emphasis where none previously existed.
Accurately forecast and achieve revenue goals.
Planning and implementation of marketing events.
Regular customer meetings face to face in country.

Team & Collaboration
Working together with other internal Cloud and Partner AEs to lead and take responsibility for the overall Account Management.; Drives significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy.; Collaborates cross functionally internally to actualize deal strategy.; Support from a professional team (marketing, sales program, solution engineering, business development).
