This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable. Engineered with a reusable first stage and a seven-meter payload fairing, New Glenn is building the road to space. As part of a small team, you’ll work on launch vehicles, space vehicles and launch facility systems for the New Glenn Program, with a focus on system integration. You’ll work across systems and subsystems to support integrated solutions to achieve our vision of “millions of people living and working in space.” You will support system engineering practices across disciplines predicated to a high degree on your technical skills in one or more areas of analysis, design, or integrated testing. You’ll verify requirements using tools like DOORS Next Gen and other functional analysis toolsets. Your activities may include design reviews, test and analysis planning, risk and change management, gated reviews, fault analysis, proposals, configuration and data management, discrepancy resolution, and regulatory compliance.
