Full Job Description

Note: Current real estate license is required. The Licensed Real Estate Administrator will provide administrative support for our on-site leasing team while also assisting with leasing the property to prospective tenants. Responsibilities: Pushing application packages to ownership for approval Communicating with the applicants once they have been approved and sending welcome letter Working closely with Leasing Director and building management to get prospects approved Sending out accurate reports to ownership, CDMG, and the leasing team Accurate information in the CRM, everything must be updated daily Provides administrative support for on-site leasing team, greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments and daily reports. Show apartments as needed to return guests / applicants Maintaining office and model apartments in pristine condition. Provide additional support for other office administrator and leasing team as needed. Performs other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Customer Service background preferred. Strong attention to detail, ability to perform duties independently and with a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently but essential for the candidate to be able to work on in a team-based environment. Occasional re-organizing of models and leasing office, may require lifting objects of up to 25 lbs. Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
